![]() it might not work at all, Instead of the WSPPP panel displaying what you see above, it displays the following If it works the first time, it works every time. The properties panel (WSPPP in Word 2016) displays the fields as it should. I can apply the template to a document library and it might work just fine. Thanks in advance for any advice or solutions you may have. When it gets stuck on loading, sometimes I can fix it by re-uploading the template and sometimes re-uploading the template doesn't fix it. (I amĪ site admin) Sometimes WSPPP populates and sometimes it gets stuck on "loading". I don't think it has anything to do with permissions. I don't think it has anything to do with the template itself. I don't think it has anything to do with field types attached to the content type. To this document library and it didn't fix the issue as it did in the first document library (previous paragraph) I tried re-uploading the same word template ![]() Once again, the WSPPP didn't display the fields, it stuck on "loading" with a spinning wheel. Next, I saved the document library as a template and re-deployed it on another sub site. On the document library, selected "new" / "letterhead" and the letterhead opened and the WSPPP populated with all of the fields this time. Next, I went into the properties of the document library, selected the letterhead content type, clicked on the advanced link and re-uploaded the same word template from my desktop that I used when I initially created the content type. To the right, the Word SharePoint Properties Panel appears and instead of showing the metadataįields I have added to the content type, I see "loading" and a spinning wheel. ![]() ![]() When I click "new" / "letterhead" Word 2016 Professional opens and displays the correct template. While creating the content type, under the advanced tab, I uploaded the template which I had placed on my desktop. Using SharePoint 2016 on-premise, created a new content type for letterhead in Word. ![]()
